We are excited to announce that Forum Lighting has been tasked with upgrading 154 Clerkenwell Rd. The 70,000 sq ft Victorian building in the heart of Clerkenwell Design District is set to undergo a transformation that will surely impress. The first phase of this project, the reception and entrance area has already been completed. This decorative lighting project not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of the space but also sets the tone for the rest of the upgrades to come.

The upgrade of all of five floors will see the EPC rating of the building improve from D to A and as part of our energy and carbon audit will reduce lighting energy consumption by over32%.

The replacement LED program is heavily supported by our brand partner ZAVA who have demonstrated amazing support through the design, audit and client approval process.

Installation is due to start later this month.
