Forum Lighting is thrilled to showcase our recent lighting upgrade project for Audley Travel, where we transformed 22,000 square feet of office space with a full LED lighting overhaul. This ambitious project incorporated over 250 state-of-the-art lighting fittings, designed to not only enhance the aesthetics of the space but also optimize energy efficiency and improve the overall work environment.

Our client’s goal was clear: to upgrade their existing lighting setup to a more modern, energy-efficient solution that aligned with their vision for a sustainable, dynamic, and productive workspace. The project required a complete overhaul, and our challenge was to create a lighting design that complemented the modern workplace environment while incorporating the latest technologies for energy savings, improved safety, and maximum comfort.

Forum Lighting’s design team worked closely with the client to deliver a tailored lighting solution, which included:

• LED Lighting Upgrade: We replaced outdated fixtures with over 250 new, cutting-edge LED fittings, offering brighter, more even illumination while drastically reducing energy consumption.
• Dynamic Lighting Scheme: Our design introduced a flexible lighting system that adapts to the varying needs of the workplace. Whether it’s bright, focused task lighting or softer ambient illumination, the new system adjusts to create an ideal working environment at all times.
• Motion Sensor Strategy: In alignment with modern workplace designs, we implemented a smart motion sensor strategy that ensures lights are only on when needed, further enhancing energy efficiency and reducing unnecessary power usage.
• Emergency Lighting Protocols: As part of the upgrade, we also introduced new emergency lighting systems that meet safety regulations while seamlessly integrating with the overall lighting design, ensuring that the building is safe and compliant at all times.
